Get More Out of Readings and Healings!

Release negative energy with movement. Moving your body helps release anger, fear and anxiety, which will make it easier for spiritual advisors to tune into your core self and higher purpose. Before you have a reading, go for a long walk in the sun or under the moonlight. Walk in a soothing place like the forest, along the water, or even in your neighborhood at a quiet hour. You could also put on some favorite music in your yard or living room, and let your body loose to dance. This is great for getting any blocked energy moving and helps feelings that need healing to surface.
Explore deep needs with spontaneous writing. Spontaneous writing can help you get an immediate sense of where your emotional body is at, as well as clues to your unconscious needs. Sharing what you learn from this technique with a psychic advisor can lead to deeper insight about yourself, as well as getting support for your truest needs. Spontaneous writing is as easy as picking up a pen and writing - without thinking, editing, judging or interrupting the process. To delve really deep, set an alarm clock to time a 5-minute writing session for you. Breathe for calmness and peace. Achieving a peaceful centeredness before a spiritual reading will allow you to listen better and take what is said to heart more easily. Then do a long exhale of about 10 seconds, squeezing out all of the air. Repeat this breath cycle 6 more times. At the end of your breathing practice, you're breathing should feel more expansive. You should also feel refreshed, and more focused and peaceful.
Seek wisdom from your inner self. Get a deeper sense of what to discuss with a spiritual advisor by seeking wisdom from your inner self. Simply find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted, close your eyes, and take 10 deep breaths, letting each breath relax your body further. Visualize what your inner self looks like - which may be just like you or yourself in goddess form. Then ask your inner self a question. A response may come in pictures or words that speak very clearly about your situation. Or you can delve for further meaning with a psychic advisor.
